It’s been a week and a half since Charlie Kirk’s assassination and passions appear to have cooled little with the passage of time. A sampling of headlines:
- U.K. Daily Mail: School board meeting descends into chaos over teacher’s comments about the killing of Charlie Kirk.
- Daily Mail:Armed man detained at Charlie Kirk memorial service site.
- New York Post: Expelled Texas State student who reenacted Charlie Kirk’s assassination in front of crowd claims he ‘made a mistake in heat of the moment’
- Sacramento Bee:ABC 10 studios in Sacramento hit by gunfire, police say.
- The Hill: Fox hosts Gutfeld, Tarlov tangle over assassinated Minnesota lawmaker.
The story abour the expelled Texas State student is the most galling. He, of course, portrays himself as the victim and is raising money through GoFundMe. Shameless.
The memorial for Charlie Kirk will be held today at the Arizona Cardinals NFL stadium. Super Bowl-level security is expected. From the Arizona Republic,
