Andrew reportedly has his eye on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s former UK base, Frogmore Cottage, which is located in Windsor. Unlike her ex-husband, Sarah is reportedly keen on moving into Adelaide Cottage after the Prince and Princess of Wales move out very soon.

Kate and William, both 43, are moving to Forest Lodge, which is located a short distance from Adelaide Cottage.

Speaking to The Sun about Sarah and Andrew, a source said: “No one is really sure how it’s going to go down at the palace yet.

“Andy is willing to leave, but these are his demands. He is realistic and knows the writing is on the wall and that his time at the Royal Lodge is up.”

They added: “Sarah and Andy have lived together at Royal Lodge since 2008 despite being divorced… It’s incredible that they are willing to go their separate ways.

“But it indicates that they have been under immense strain this year and need a break from each other. It’s a fresh start for both.”

Harry and Meghan were evicted from Frogmore Cottage in 2023, although have not lived in the UK since 2020.
