This week has been one failure after another for the Democrat Party, starting with the eight defectors in the U.S. Senate joining the GOP majority on Monday in beginning the process of reopening the government. Two days later, the House again did its part, with a majority that included six Democrats standing with Republicans to send a bill to President Trump that effectively got the government back up and running again.
As we reported, things also went south for Democrats after the House Oversight Committee released 20,000 documents from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. In particular, Democrats zeroed in on three emails they felt could implicate President Donald Trump in Epstein’s myriad crimes, which include sex trafficking of underage girls and solicitation of prostitution from minors.
Except things didn’t go according to plan when, among other things, it was discovered that a name they redacted in one of the allegedly incriminating emails released was Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre, who had previously testified under oath that Trump had always been nice to her and never once made a move on her.

On Thursday, Democrats shared one more supposed “bombshell” revelation from the Epstein emails that they no doubt felt would raise more suspicions about Trump.

So, in a matter of 24 hours, we’ve gone from Epstein and Trump supposedly being best buds to now a convicted child molester felt the same way about Trump that Democrats do? And they think this helps their case because…?

As has been said before, Democrats have had plenty of opportunity over the years to use the Epstein files against Trump in the event there was any “there” there. But there’s not, so they’ve been reduced to their theatrical antics, which include deceptive editing amid demands from the party faithful that they get rougher and more aggressive towards Trump, even if it means shedding some blood.
Just pathetic. Not that anyone should be surprised, of course. But needs to be said all the same.
