Pauline Hanson, the Australian Senator who wore a burka to work in an explosive protest, has issued a chilling warning of “Islamic infiltration” to GB News.
Ms Hanson, 71, wore the garb in the Senate on Monday as she campaigned to Introduce a Bill that would ban full face coverings in Australia.
Her fellow Senators stopped her from formally introducing it – prompting her to storm back into Australia’s upper chamber in the veiled clothing.
Now, she has told GB News of why she believes her Bill is so important.
The One Nation party leader told Patrick Christys: “I’ve been on about the radicalization, what’s happening with Islam and the way it’s infiltrating… countries around the world.
“It’s changing. There’s parts of Australia and western suburbs of Sydney – you can’t even go there.
“One of my staffers went there into a shop and was asked: ‘Where’s your husband?’ Or you see women that are completely covered up.
“There’s no job prospects. It’s about women’s rights as well. A lot of these women are forced to wear the burka purely based on the men. They want to suppress women, control women.

“And yet you have these the same politicians who are out there fighting for the rights of women. Where’s the rights of women that men are forcing them to wear the burka?”
Ms Hanson also revealed how she was told of a case in Australia where an 11-year-old boy told his mother he’d tell his father how her ankles were visible below her burka.
“She was distressed,” the Senator said. “It’s getting to this stage in Australia – I see what’s happened to Britain over the years – also France and Canada as well.
“I do not want that to happen to my country.

“We’re at a stage now where we’re four per cent Muslim – about a million. You have a lot more in Britain. France is lost, completely forgotten.
“I’m not opposing the faith,” she added. “I respect people’s opinion to have their faith.
“But with Islam, it’s not just about the faith, it’s politics that infiltrates our system. In parts of Australia we’ve now seen Sharia law.
“What I learned about Britain, you’ve got over a thousand Sharia law courts,” Ms Hanson added, to which Patrick replied: “I think we’re the western capital for Sharia courts, at the last count.”
With Australia seeing mass rallies on the streets similar to Britain’s own, the Senator said she was pushing to make the Bill law because of the crime which unfolds “because of people wearing these full face coverings”.

As her People’s Channel appearance came to a close, Ms Hanson laid down the gauntlet to her critics who barred her from passing her Bill and had called her “Islamophobic and racist”.
“They’ve got nothing else to throw at me. If you really want a debate, then let me put up the bill and then debate it on the floor of Parliament,” she said.
The One Nation boss added how she called for equality for all Australians – but was denied the right to even speak.
“Due process was not followed. I’m denied that. Tthis is our democracy. This is our heart. And I have a right as an elected member of Parliament. Let the people judge me… I’m not going to let these people here who have their own agenda tell me what to do.”
