I’m just quoting Pres. Trump on Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. In a lengthy social media rant (page 1, page 2) Trump covers a lot of ground on the subject of immigration, both legal and otherwise, and its drawbacks. Of Walz, Trump writes,
The seriously retarded Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, does nothing, either through fear, incompetence, or both.

One could productively spend a week unpacking Trump’s post, line-by-line.
My takeaway is this: in this generation, America has received tens of millions of new migrants in the biggest immigration wave in its 250-year-history history, both in total numbers and as a share of the total population. All of this occurred without a vote of American citizens or their representatives in Congress, or any kind of national debate being held.
Because we are in the midst of a cold civil war and a hot color revolution, now is the time to have that debate.
