David Beckham and Lionel Messi’s MLS celebrations have been revealed, with the post-match party producing an amusing contrast in enthusiasm among those present.
At the afterparty, club co-owner David Beckham was grinning broadly as he led a conga line with several players trailing behind him.
However, star forward Lionel Messi and fellow Argentine Rodrigo De Paul cut notably awkward figures as they danced.
Neither player placed their arms on the shoulders of the person ahead of them.
Fans noted both appeared somewhat disengaged from the festivities.
While Beckham radiated joy throughout the celebration, the two Argentine internationals seemed far less invested in the traditional party dance.
Supporters watching the footage were quick to point out Messi’s apparent reluctance to engage with the festivities.
One fan observed the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner appeared completely out of place.

Another added: “Messi has been part of too many congas. He just wants to go home to bed.”
A third observer wrote on social media: “Messi looks the least enthusiastic there.”
Perhaps the most cutting remark came from a fan who noted: “He looks like he was forced to attend.”
The comments reflected a widespread perception that the Argentine superstar was merely going through the motions at the party.

The victory over Vancouver Whitecaps secured Inter Miami’s first domestic championship, with the Florida side prevailing 3-1 in the final.
Messi was instrumental in the triumph, providing the assist for De Paul’s goal after dispossessing Andrés Cubas and threading his compatriot through on goal.
The 38-year-old then delivered a sublime volleyed pass to set up Tadeo Allende’s stoppage-time strike that sparked wild celebrations.
An own goal from Edier Ocampo had given Miami an early lead before Ali Ahmed equalised for the Canadian side.

The MLS Cup represented the 30th major honour of Messi’s extraordinary career, adding to his remarkable collection of silverware.
Beckham watched the historic victory unfold from the directors’ box alongside his wife Victoria, who attended in an elegant grey suit ensemble with matching waistcoat and trousers.
The couple’s sons, Romeo and Cruz, joined the celebrations, posing with the MLS Cup trophy on the pitch after the final whistle.
Brooklyn, however, was notably absent from the family gathering in Florida.
