King Charles was photographed arriving at a Sunday morning church service with The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh just three days after Christmas. The King attended the service at St Mary Magdalene church in Sandringham, Norfolk, on December 28.
This is the first time the King has been seen since his Christmas Day appearance, which saw him step out with the Royal Family to attend a church service on the Sandringham Estate. The King, Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie were not accompanied by Queen Camilla or any other royals to the church service.
The King is expected to stay at Sandringham for the rest of the festive break before returning to royal enagements in the New Year.
The King looked happy and relaxed as he walked to church, with members of the public waiting to greet him.
