Lloyd Austin’s COVID Tyranny Continues As Shadow Policy at the Department of War

I plead with Pete as a fellow brother in Christ, father, patriot, and soldier to dismiss the sooth-saying courtiers in his orbit, and bring the full weight of the war department to bear in getting this right. Make us believe the military can be a just institution again.

Breaking: Don Lemon Arrested

Lemon claims he was just being a journalist.

Things Get Heated Over New Mexico Bill Targeting Gun Stores

This is about making it untenable to sell guns in New Mexico. This is about making it way too expensive to stay in business, thus depriving people of their right to keep and bear arms via regulating gun stores out of business, as opposed to just banning guns outright.

Ilhan Omar’s Winery Disappears…Literally Gone From the Internet and Archives

The winery is part of a complicated web of very questionable businesses set up by Omar’s husband, Tim Mynett, and Democratic operative William Haile. Both met while working for…Keith Ellison.

Gutfeld Returns to ‘The Five,’ Promptly Humiliates Jessica Tarlov Again

That’s the hard truth of the matter. Democrats don’t see Trump removing illegal immigrants; they see Trump removing potential voters who would keep their party in power.

Don Lemon Arrested by Federal Agents

Oh, yes, it’s going to be ‘a First Amendment is under attack despite video evidence (reportedly) showing clear FACE Act violations’ kind of day from the usual idiots.

WHAT’S ON TAP?

Today on Capitol Hill…

Well…there might be a deal to avert another shutdown. Maybe. Sort of. Here’s the latest

The Senate is struggling to reach an agreement to quickly pass a massive government funding deal negotiated by Democrats and President Donald Trump.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) emerged as the primary obstacle to a fast floor vote late Thursday night. Graham railed against the funding package over a House-passed measure repealing a provision tied to senators whose phone records were obtained by the Justice Department as part of its 2020 election probe.

Senate leaders will try again today to secure an agreement to pass the massive $1.2 trillion, six-bill package, although any individual senator can drag out the floor process for days.

Leaving the Capitol last night, Thune told us that there were still “snags on both sides.” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer complained that “Republicans need to get their act together,” but he declined multiple times to say whether there are any Democratic objections.

The Senate is convening at 11 a.m. and will try again to clear the funding package. Without an agreement from all 100 senators, it would take a few days to pass the measure.

Look for lots of jockeying and rejiggering today. Where it all winds up…nobody knows.

White House What’s Up

On Friday, President Trump will sign executive orders in the Oval Office at 11:00 AM Eastern. He’s got a policy meeting at 2:00 PM. He’s staying in town Saturday to attend the Alfalfa Club Dinner in the evening, then heading down to Mar-a-Lago for Saturday night and returning late on Sunday.

Keeping Up With the Cabinet

Sec. Energy – Chris Wright — Speaking at a Cabinet meeting on Thursday, Energy Secretary Chris Wright brought some numbers as to how the United States is meeting its energy needs with coal.

MORNING MUSING

It’s Flashback Friday: Thought I’d take a moment to remind folks of what was front and center one year ago: The first full week of President Trump’s second term was in the books, and the president was already shaking things up, while now-Secretary of War Pete Hegseth was battling his way through the nomination process and the Left was throwing everything they could at him to block his confirmation.

We’ve come a long way, Baby.

LIGHTER FARE

Yep, that looks familiar
