Democrats continue to demonstrate that they are willing to take the side of criminal illegal immigrants over American citizens and federal immigration law, and New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D) demonstrated that on Wednesday with an announcement she made in an interview with the leftist program “The Daily Show.”
During the segment, Sherrill, in true AWFL form, revealed that the Garden State would soon be launching a website that effectively would be an ICE tracker, where people could upload videos of people whom they believe to be immigration enforcement agents to a portal:
Lefty New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill urged residents to film ICE agents operating in their neighborhoods and upload the videos to a state “portal” she vowed to launch.
“If you see an ICE agent in the street, get your phone out,” the Democrat, just eight days into her first term as governor of the Garden State, said in a sit-down interview with The Daily Show host Desi Lydic Wednesday night.
Sherill’s administration will soon be launching a “portal,” she said, so New Jerseyans “can upload all their cell phone videos and alert people” about local immigration operations.

Florida, on the other hand, has been ready, willing, able, and eager to assist the Trump 2.0 administration in whatever way it can to catch and deport criminal illegals back to their home countries, something we’ve seen, for instance, with temporary detention centers like Alligator Alcatraz.
Even before Trump took office, the Sunshine State was leading the way in fighting back against illegal immigration and the Biden-Harris administration shipping some of them in the dead of night to Florida, with DeSantis working day and night to protect hardworking Floridians from the dangers of Joe Biden’s disastrous open borders policies.

So naturally, when news of the New Jersey anti-ICE portal hit social media, DeSantis zeroed right in on the hypocrisy of Democrats for conveniently flip-flopping on state vs. federal responsibility on immigration enforcement:

Further, one would think the right thing to do here would be for a state “leader” to, instead of fighting against federal immigration law, create an online portal to track criminal illegals in the interest of protecting actual American citizens who live in New Jersey.
But the fact that Sherrill hasn’t and is, in fact, going to do the exact opposite confirms where her true loyalties are, and it’s not with the people whom she, as governor, was sworn to protect.
