Land of 10,000 Frauds | Power Line

Minnesota’s DFL Party has stirred up anti-ICE hysteria in part to deflect attention from the frauds that have made Minnesota the nation’s most corrupt state. But the immigration enforcement surge will soon be behind us, and the focus of local attention will return to the incompetence, or worse, of the Tim Walz administration.

Power Line’s Scott Johnson and American Experiment’s Bill Glahn have covered the Minnesota fraud story longer and more exhaustively than anyone else, dating back to 2022. But until now, there has been no central location where information on the frauds is collected. That is why American Experiment created Minnesota Fraud Files, a one-stop repository of information on Minnesota’s multiple fraud scandals.

At the Minnesota Fraud Files web site, you can see American Experiment’s Fraud Tracker, now up to $1,542,568,832. The site includes the latest fraud news, and also news dating back to 2022; a complete compendium of fraud convictions and sentences; and a section titled “Follow the Money: Campaign Finance and Fraud.” Shockingly, the fraudsters consistently have supported the Democratic Party.

Importantly, the site devotes equal attention to solutions, with copies of 11 legislative audit reports, information on fraud prevention legislation, and an up to date account of activities of the Minnesota House’s Fraud Oversight Committee and the U.S. House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform.

The eyes of the nation and the world have been on Minnesota in recent months. Why it took so long for Minnesota’s corrupt political culture to gain such attention is unclear, but the attention is welcome. Anyone wanting to get up to date on the fraud story can do so at MNFraudFiles.com. I expect that this resource will play a significant role as politicians debate the fraud issue in the months to come.
