McDonald’s adds 7 items to menu on Tuesday – cheapest is £2.49 | UK | News

McDonald’s has announced it is adding several items to its menu in the coming days, from sweet treats to burgers and more. The fast food giant says it is “turning up the flavour” with the changes which are set to be introduced on Tuesday (February 3).

The latest additions include brand new treats, as well as some old favourites. Among the items making their debut is the new Tikka Chicken Wrap, which McDonald’s says boasts a “punchy” and “flavour-packed”. As well as juicy chicken, it will feature tikka mayonnaise, mango and lime chutney, onions, lettuce and cucumber, wrapped in a toasted tortilla.

It will cost £3.79 on its own, or £6.09 if part of a medium meal, McDonald’s said.

While on Wednesdays and Saturdays it will be part of the ‘Wrap of the Day’ deal, priced at £2.49 — making it on those days the joint-cheapest addition to Mcdonald’s’ menu alongside the Brownie Pie.

It is said this sweet treat will have a “gooey” chocolate browning middle, wrapped in a crisp pastry.

The popular Philly Cheese Stack, billed by McDonald’s as its cheesiest burger, is returning to the menu after being removed in November last year.

While the Chicken Big Mac is staying on the menu after returning in January as part of the ‘Secret Menu’ range which ends on Monday, per The Sun.

If a new drink is something you’re after, the Doughnut Crumble Latte has been described as a “coffee break with a twist… blending smooth latte with doughnut‑flavour syrup, topped with cream and a sprinkle of doughnut crumb”.

  • Philly Cheese Stack – £6.69, or £8.39 with a Medium Meal

  • Chicken Big Mac – £5.69, or £7.49 with a Medium Meal

  • Milkybar Crispy Cookie McFlurry – £2.59

  • Munchies Vanilla Cheesecake McFlurry – £2.59

  • Doughnut Crumble Latte – £2.99

  • The menu changes will launch in all UK and Ireland McDonald’s restaurants, as well as the McDonald’s App, on Tuesday.
