Monday is always a good time for some fun as we start the workweek, and our friends at our sister site, Townhall, found a great poll graphic that provides just that.
Democrats are not going to like this NBC graphic, as it shows just how unpopular they truly are.

First, the thing that stands out to me in the poll is that President Donald Trump is second only to the Pope on the list of things in “positive.” Trump and the Republican Party also have higher positive numbers than the Democrats.
The funniest thing is how even after all the demonizing by the Democrats of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the agency is still viewed more positively than the Democrats themselves.
ICE, at 38, beats:
- Sanctuary cities 33
- Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY-14) 31
- Kamala Harris 34
- Gavin Newsom 27
- Stephen Colbert 35
- Iran 8
- Democratic Party 30
So while Democrats have done everything to smear the agency, they’re still more unpopular than the people they’re demonizing. The only things on the list with a lower positive number than the Democrats are Gavin Newsom, AI, and Iran. The only thing with a worse net favorability than the Democratic Party on that list is Iran. Yikes! That’s pretty savage.
But it isn’t hard to see, given the Democrats in charge, like House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (NY-08) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). What would they inspire other than disgust or laughter? The bad poll numbers in the graphic are well-earned. They don’t care about providing anything positive; they’re completely based on attacking Trump. We saw how Bill Maher trapped Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Friday, proving that his views on military action were based on whether he thought Trump said it or Barack Obama said it.
You must also allow me a giggle about Newsom’s standing, particularly being lower than Kamala — he isn’t going to like that. That does not bode well for his 2028 hopes.

But it’s another sign that the more people see of him as he hits his book tour, the more they don’t like him. As we wrote, even beyond how he’s messed up California, he can’t even enunciate what his goals would be beyond simply that he believes in justice and the 60s. Oh, and his hand movements and twisting actions are even more distracting than the hand motions of Hakeem Jeffries.
If we cast an eye toward 2028, Newsom and Harris also have a worse net favorability number than either Vice President JD Vance or Secretary of State Marco Rubio, two names frequently mentioned regarding the next presidential contest.
