Drone Attacks on California? | Power Line

The FBI revealed today that it has warning of a possible Iranian drone strike on California:

The FBI issued an urgent warning to cops across California of a potential Iranian drone strike on the Golden State.

The FBI alert said: “We recently acquired information that as of early February 2026, Iran allegedly aspired to conduct a surprise attack using unmanned aerial vehicles from an unidentified vessel off the coast of the United State Homeland, specifically against unspecified targets in California, in the event that the US conducted strikes against Iran.”

The warning doesn’t appear particularly useful:

It added: “We have no additional information on the timing, method, target, or perpetrators of this alleged attack.”

But I suppose it makes sense to put it out there anyway. I would assume that between our intelligence and military observation, we would be aware of any Iranian vessels lurking off our Pacific coastline, but perhaps not. I believe Iran’s drones can have a range of over 1,000 miles, so there is a lot of ocean to cover.

My takeaway from this, as well as other recent events, is: thank God we are acting now to devastate, disarm and hopefully overthrow the mullahs. This can has been kicked down the road for far too long, and continuing to allow them to gain strength could have had disastrous results.
