DOJ Exposes Thousands of Ineligible Ballots Nationwide – RedState

On Tuesday, United States Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon, speaking with the Newsmax network’s Bianca de la Garza, described the results of a review of 50-60 million voter records. She claims that there are hundreds of thousands of ineligible and outdated records still being held as active, and that some of the people the records belong to may have illegally voted

AAG Dhillon said:

We had run some records for some states, I think we had run in between 50 and 60 million voter record so far, you know, during this president’s tenure. And we have found hundreds of thousands of people who shouldn’t be on the voter rolls. People who are dead, people who moved, duplicate registrations. We have also found, separately, non-citizens on the voter rolls, and so now we’re doing our due diligence to identify the extent to which they may or may not have voted, and sometimes people are enrolled on the voter rolls, and we’ve just seen some crazy videos from California, that show homeless people being used to sign petitions, and register to vote, they sign affidavits, they can sign ballots for somebody else, and fill in. That’s easy when you have a system where there’s no voter ID, ballots are being mailed to outdated voting lists, this is not a fiction or a fantasy. Los Angeles County in 2017 agreed with a lawsuit by Judicial Watch, that there were over one million people in that county alone who should not have been on the voter rolls.

If this alone isn’t a solid argument for the SAVE America Act, I don’t know what might be.

Chuck Schumer Rails Against the SAVE America Act: ‘Gaffe’? Or Freudian Slip? You Decide

It is probably belaboring the obvious to note that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Last month, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, which Harmeet Dhillon oversees, noted in a press release that federal lawsuits have now been filed in 29 states and the District of Columbia, as those states have failed to provide their full voter registration rolls for review and audit.

It’s also belaboring the obvious to note that without valid voter rolls, we can have no valid elections, and without valid elections, we don’t have a republic. The SAVE America Act is intended to address this, and Democrats are still lockstep against that or, indeed, any attempt to ensure the integrity of our elections; these laws, after all, make it a lot harder to cheat.

All this lands on us at a time when honest elections couldn’t be more critical. Look at any of our major coastal cities, and you’ll see the Democrats’ plans for the nation: Justice systems so lax as to be effectively non-existent, unchecked, unfettered illegal immigration protected by “sanctuary” policies, elections by mail, and voter ID not only not required but prohibited. This is the agenda we have one chance to fix, in this fall’s midterms, and if we are to win these elections, we must get these voter reforms in place first. AAG Dhillon’s work in this matter is eloquent proof of that.

Editor’s Note: The 2026 Midterms will determine the fate of President Trump’s America First agenda. Republicans must maintain control of both chambers of Congress.
