Democrats seem to be battling one another over who can make the worst move in their efforts to defend illegal aliens and act like it’s evil to enforce our laws on immigration.
Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) made a credible bid for the worst with his comment in the House on Wednesday.
Remember Johnson’s comment about whether Guam might tip over from an influx of people.
Hank Johnson-
The same guy who thought Guam was going to capsize due to over population…Now believes Trump could be arrested by U.S. Marshals 🤣
This guy has the IQ of a fence post 🤦🏼♂️ pic.twitter.com/eQFKgfZbKI

Now Johnson tried to channel Pastor Martin Martin Niemöller’s famous comment against the Nazis, to attack the arrests of illegal aliens. This was quite something.
Democrat Hank Johnson: “First, they came for the Latinos outside of the Home Depots trying to get work so that they could feed their families.”
“I didn’t say anything about it, because I’m not a Latino at the Home Depot.”

“First, they came for the Latinos outside of the Home Depots trying to get work so that they could feed their families. I didn’t say anything about it, because I’m not a Latino at the Home Depot,” Johnson said. He then spoke of Hispanic-looking folks wearing hats backward with tattoos, as well as Latinas at home taking care of the children. He falsely claimed they deported the Latinas and children of those Latinas. He did not explain that the children, who were American citizens, were not deported — their mothers took their children with them. He also spoke about the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan, implying that she was arrested just for conducting her judicial duties.
“But then they came for me,” he said. But no one was left to speak for him because they’d taken everyone off.
Oh please.
First, he is speaking for them now. Second, no one is coming for him. Third, is he saying we should just not be enforcing the law? Because that’s what it sounds like. He’s comparing enforcing the law to Nazism.
This is where Democrats are — they don’t want to enforce the law. Enforcing the law is evil to them. It’s a twisted position to take.
The House Judiciary GOP posted part of the comment about how he didn’t speak up for the Latinos at the Home Depot because he’s not a Latino at the Home Depot.
🚨WOW. @RepHankJohnson just implied that all latinos hang out at Home Depot. pic.twitter.com/NJAMcfTrz4

Johnson then posted the full clip in response, not realizing that made him look even worse.
Nice try, but here’s the full clip instead of just 3 seconds. https://t.co/ZbIxOZ46xG pic.twitter.com/FiYqUMqD9x

Hank is a national treasure. Meanwhile, is Guam still floating? (Google Hank Johnson/Guam for a good chuckle) https://t.co/l2nNMpK1u6

Keep at it, Democrats, you’re doing great.
Editor’s Note: Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left’s lies, new legislation wasn’t needed to secure our border, just a new president.
