Former senior royal gardener Jack Stookes has claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children are “being robbed of love” due to their lack of relationship with their grandparents.
Stookes expressed concern about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s children, Archie and Lilibet, growing up without grandparental connections.
His comments come after Prince Harry’s bombshell BBC interview, where the Duke revealed he cannot envision bringing his family back to the UK.
“I can’t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the UK at this point,” Prince Harry told the BBC.

The emotional interview followed Harry’s devastating loss in his legal battle over taxpayer-funded police bodyguards, potentially leaving him liable for £1.5million in legal costs.
Speaking to GB News, former senior royal gardener Jack Stookes said: “I think when you’re in a situation where you feel like nobody’s listening to you, you just keep talking hoping that the more you say, the more someone will eventually hear you.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
“But we all know that doesn’t really work. Sometimes, the less you say, the better it is. And we’ve all done it, you know, tried to talk ourselves out of a hole, but in the process, we just dig ourselves deeper and deeper. Unfortunately, that’s what he’s doing now.
“It’s a very sad and tricky moment for them all. The King isn’t well, we all know that. And Harry is clearly starting to realise it too. He said, ‘We don’t know how long he has left.’ But then again, we don’t know how long any of us have left.
“I think what’s hitting him now is seeing his children grow up without that connection to their grandparents, without that extra love and support that grandparents can give.
“And we don’t really know what’s going on with Meghan’s father either. Is he seeing the kids? Are they in contact?
“These are two innocent children caught in the middle, and they’re being robbed of all that love.
GB News host Dawn Neesom agreed: “That’s the point, really, isn’t it? The kids are growing up without any grandparents at all.”
In the BBC interview, Prince Harry revealed his concerns about his father’s health, stating he “doesn’t know how long his father has left”.
The Duke of Sussex’s relationship with his father remains strained, with Harry claiming King Charles “won’t speak to me”.

Buckingham Palace has responded to Prince Harry’s interview with a brief statement.
“All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion,” a Palace spokesman said.
The Duke of Sussex had earlier told the BBC that he loves his country despite what “some people in that country have done”.
Relations between Harry and the rest of the Royal Family have reportedly collapsed since his move to the US.
