As of 11 a.m. this morning, German Adriano Llangari Inga is being held in the Hennepin County jail on three felony counts related to criminal vehicular homicide. You will recall that Inga is the illegal Ecuadorian immigrant who killed a woman in a drunk driving collision in north Minneapolis back in August 2024. At the time of his head-on collision (Inga crossed the double-yellow line), he was unlicensed and uninsured.
He was released from jail back in 2024 before he could be nabbed by ICE for deportation. Scott has been writing on this subject, including just this morning.
