Red Sox drag show | Power Line

I had to check my calendar after reading this headline from Fox News,

Red Sox fans treated to drag show at Fenway as team promotes ‘inclusivity’ during Pride Night event.

“Treated” wouldn’t have been the word I would have reached for. The U.K. Daily Mail had a different take on the event,

Boston Red Sox spark controversy after putting on pre-game drag show for Pride Day.

The Daily Mail reports that the Texas Rangers are alone among MLB clubs without a Pride Month event.

Oddly enough, the Daily Mail has a report on the Red Sox game from the next night (Tuesday), with a completely different slant,

Red Sox fans go wild as cameraman can’t stop zooming in on stunning sister of new star Roman Anthony.

The Daily Mail continues,

In the top of the second inning, the cameraman honed in on Lia Anthony in the stands, Roman’s 22-year-old sister, and social media – predictably – went crazy.

Roman made his major league debut this week and his family was in attendance,

Lia attended the game with her dad Chris, mom Lori and brother Anthony Anthony, and they even posed for a photo with Red Sox legend David Ortiz.

Covering all the bases.
