I can exclusively reveal that one of Britain’s most dangerous jihadi terrorists is now a free man.

That is Mohammed Shahjahan.

He is the Islamist who tried to blow up the London Stock Exchange and he has just been released from prison.

Yes, that was him appearing in a BBC documentary prior to him being convicted, by the way.

He was friends with the Fishmonger’s Hall jihadi Usman Khan, the Islamist who claimed to be rehabilitated before stabbing two young people to death before being shot dead by police.

For some reason the Parole Board has decided that Mohammed Shahjahan has served his time and is now fit to walk amongst us.

This is despite him being released in 2019 but recalled to prison for breaching his licence conditions.

He planned to do a marauding bomb and gun attack on Christmas Eve in 2012 and he’d also planned to set up a training camp in Pakistan for British militants.

One of the people he was jailed alongside was released and then went on to commit the Fishmonger’s Hall terror attack, as I’ve said.

Another person he was jailed with in 2012 was released in 2019, and then immediately started plotting an Islamist attack to murder members of the public with a pipe bomb and a meat cleaver.

He is the man circled in that picture, and he’s called Mohibur Rahman, now he’s back behind bars.

Shahjahan was refused Parole last January but was granted it earlier this year, despite a prison psychologist previously ruled he had a “tendency to overlook the consequences of his actions”.

He’s originally from Stoke-on-Trent, he was also accused of planning to attack pubs up there.

We don’t know exactly where he is now, but the parole board have decided that this card-carrying jihadi lunatic is safe to walk among us.

This is a disaster waiting to happen. He’s a jihadi who was intent on indiscriminate mass murder.

People with his ideology claim they love death more than we love life. How on earth do you ever de-radicalise a person like that?
