During the four years of the Biden Administration, he let in (give or take) about 10 million illegal aliens. A majority of American citizens want them deported. All of them.
But it turns out that they (the aliens) like it here. They get free stuff and life is better in America than it is back home. They are not willing to go back voluntarily.
And Democratic-appointed judges apparently believe that there is no law which states that they must be sent back. Consider the fates of three individuals, all accused of exactly the same crime: assault on a federal official.

The judge determined that the two illegals, both of whom attacked an ICE agent, posed no flight risk. I’m not kidding.
Second, from NBC News,

He “attacked” her with a turkey baster full of apple cider vinegar. NBC News reports,
On Tuesday, Judge David T. Schultz ruled that Kazmierczak must remain in custody after determining that the defendant likely committed a felony. Kazmierczak was held in federal custody pending Tuesday’s detention hearing.
Different judge, but the same crime. The apple cider vinegar guy, without a trial, has already been convicted and sent to jail. The illegal aliens were cut loose, presumably, never to be seen again.
