The Biden administration’s refusal to enforce immigration law or even pay lip service to border security continues to yield bitter fruit. In the latest case, a truck driver in Washington state who is in custody facing charges for causing a fatal accident, we have learned, is in the country illegally. As one might very well guess, he showed up at the southern border and was released into the United States during the Biden term.

BREAKING: I’m told by a senior ICE source that the semi truck driver arrested in a deadly crash in Washington state yesterday is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released at the Border by the Biden admin.

I’m told that 25-year-old KAMALPREET SINGH was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol in Lukeville, AZ after crossing illegally into the U.S. on 12/24/2023, but he was released into the U.S.
SINGH is now facing charges for vehicular homicide after he allegedly crashed into the back of a vehicle on SR 167 in WA, crushing it between another truck, and killing 29 year old Robert B. Pearson.
I’m told ICE has placed a detainer with him on local law enforcement in King County, WA.
NOTE: SINGH is not believed to have any relation to two other Indian illegal alien truck drivers with the same last name who are facing their own charges for killing people in crashes in CA (Jashanpreet Singh) and FL (Harjinder Singh).
A local news source, the Auburn Outlet, has the details of the crash:
A 29-year-old Bonney Lake man was killed Thursday morning, Dec. 11, 2025 when a northbound car was crushed between two trucks on SR 167 just south of SR 18, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).
The collision was reported at 7:14 a.m. in the northbound lanes of SR 167 in the Auburn area.
Troopers said three vehicles were traveling in lane one when two of them stopped for traffic and a third failed to slow in time.
According to the State Patrol, a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia semi driven by 25-year-old Kamalpreet Singh of Elk Grove, California struck the rear of a blue 2010 Mazda 3 sedan that had stopped behind a white 2016 Peterbilt truck. The Freightliner overrode the back of the Mazda and pushed it under the rear of the Peterbilt.
In other words, a small car was crushed between the two trucks, with the predictable outcome for the driver of the car. And the driver of the truck not only should not have been behind the wheel, but he also shouldn’t have been in the country. Now an American is dead, and this illegal alien faces (if convicted) a long stretch behind bars. At the taxpayer’s expense, I might add.
An 18-wheel, over-the-road tractor-trailer is a massive object. At speed, it’s very nearly an unstoppable force. These things are heavy, they are powerful, and they can move at high speeds over our nation’s highways, in which we might note all the signs and directions are written in English. The Biden administration’s policies let in, not only millions of illegal aliens in general, but thousands who are now driving these massive machines without sufficient training, without sufficient understanding of written and spoken English, and without sufficient understanding of our traffic laws. American drivers are paying the price for the Biden administration’s incompetence.

We can hardly blame him. How many more of these illegal aliens are out there, on the nation’s highways, right now, thanks to the feckless non-enforcement of immigration law by the Biden administration? One would be too many, and it seems clear there are many, many more than that.
It may take months, but it would seem that a review of every single commercial driver’s license (CDL) holder is in order. This clearly can’t continue as is.
