“Walz: Democrats need to be a ‘little meaner’,” reads the headline today in The Hill newspaper. Here we go again.

I’d like to introduce Walz to Luigi Mangione or Elias Rodriquez.

In Minnesota, the state legislature adjourned their regular session for the year without completing work on a new state budget. With the legislature evenly divided, the AWOL Governor will need to earn a few Republican votes to get the job done and keep the lights on.

The current state budget runs out on June 30. As I understand it, layoff notices will need to go out to state workers tomorrow, June 1.

And Minnesota’s governor is criss-crossing the country in the hopes of promoting his no-hope bid for the 2028 Democratic Presidential nomination. From The Hill,

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) said his fellow party members need to be a bit more harsh in upcoming elections to put an end to political intimidation.

Gunning down pedestrians on city streets in cold blood is pretty intimidating. Walz goes on,
