Liberals don’t think they need to follow American laws or respect American traditions, and they don’t recognize the Trump administration as our legitimate government. Devoted, therefore, to insurrection, they think they can operate with impunity as a kind of shadow government. We see this in the business world as well as the private sector.
This incident occurred in a Twin Cities suburb just one town away from my own. A Hampton Inn canceled reservations that had already been made, when they found out that the reservations were for ICE employees:
NO ROOM AT THE INN!@HiltonHotels has launched a coordinated campaign in Minneapolis to REFUSE service to DHS law enforcement.
When officers attempted to book rooms using official government emails and rates, Hilton Hotels maliciously CANCELLED their reservations.

This strikes me as a symptom of mental illness. These people are so loyal to their party’s tribe–murderers, rapists, and other illegal aliens–that they will deprive themselves (or their company, anyway) of business rather than pass up the opportunity to make a demented political statement.
Hilton is doing damage control:
Hilton hotels serve as welcoming places for all. This hotel is independently owned and operated, and the actions referenced are not reflective of Hilton values. We are investigating this matter with this individual hotel, and can confirm that Hilton works with governments, law enforcement, and community leaders around the world to ensure our properties are open and inviting to everyone.
We can hope that the liberal employees who committed this outrage are fired. More broadly, though, the Democratic Party needs to tell its followers to get a grip. Their insurrectionism will make for a long and destructive four years if it isn’t brought under control.
