Another illegal alien who should never have been in this country has been charged with murder, first-degree assault, and attempted rape.
This time, a 15-year-old boy was shot in the face after he tried to save his mother from a Mexican national who allegedly tried to rape his mother. The teenager died at the scene.
How many times do we have to say, “It didn’t have to be this way”? — and it wouldn’t have been, if former President Joe Biden and the Democrat Party didn’t intentionally allow millions of illegals to stream into the U.S. throughout the four years of the disastrous Biden-Harris presidency.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) summed it up succinctly.

Indeed. This tragic story, as we’ve seen repeated multiple times, is both heartbreaking and angering.

Court documents obtained by the Lexington Herald Leader said he was returning from a bar at around 2:30 a.m. when he attempted to have sex with his girlfriend without her consent, and she screamed while trying to stop him.
The teen came into his mother’s room to ask her if he should call the police. Martinez allegedly told Lopez to leave, and his mother said they would talk about it in the morning. Martinez grabbed a suitcase to leave the apartment but then grabbed a pistol and fired through a door three times, Lopez and his sister, court documents state.
The teen was shot in the face and pronounced dead at the scene.
The mother ran from the apartment with her other three children in tow — including a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old. She told authorities she heard more shots as she escaped.
Can we say, “Yeah, Joe did that”?
Not directly, perhaps, but is there any doubt that any or most of these cases wouldn’t have happened if Biden and the Democrats hadn’t done their damnedest to import as many illegals as they could get away with?
Gilardo Martinez tried to illegally enter the United States three times in 2021, during the Biden administration, according to ICE, and was successful on his third attempt. He has been charged with murder, first-degree assault, and attempted rape. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has since lodged a detainer request for him.
Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said of the tragic killing and assault:

The Biden administration’s open-border policies allowed this monster to walk American streets and commit these evil crimes, including murder, assault, and attempted rape, against a mother and her children. ICE has placed an arrest detainer to ensure Amandor-Martinez will not be released onto America’s streets and allowed to terrorize American families again.
It breaks your heart, assuming you have one, every time it happens again.
It also makes your blood boil, as Democrat lawmakers continue to be more concerned with protecting “the worst of the worst” illegal aliens from deportation than with the tragic rape and murder of American citizens.
