Vice President JD Vance signed up for the leftist social media site Bluesky with an epic, President Donald Trump-level troll, and hilarity ensued, resulting in him being suspended within minutes.
On Wednesday, the Vice President announced on X that, “Just set up my page on @bluesky, hope to see you guys there!
In the post, he expressed an interest in being part of the community with a message about how he had learned it’s the place to go for “common sense political discussion and analysis.”
“So, I’m thrilled to be here to engage with all of you,” he added.

The kicker was his post included a screenshot from the United States Supreme Court Decision that upheld Tennessee’s law barring “gender-affirming” treatments on minors, something that the Bluesky community would definitely be against.
RedState reported that the decision came down along predictable 6-3 ruling lines:
GORSUCH, KAVANAUGH, and BARRETT, JJ., joined, and in which ALITO, J., joined as to Parts I and II–B. THOMAS, J., filed a concurring opinion. BARRETT, J., filed a concurring opinion, in which THOMAS, J., joined. ALITO, J., filed an opinion concurring in part and concurring in the judg ment. SOTOMAYOR, J., filed a dissenting opinion, in which JACKSON, J., joined in full, and in which KAGAN, J., joined as to Parts I–IV. KAGAN, J., filed a dissenting opinion.
“To that end, I found Justice [Clarence] Thomas’s concurrence on medical care for transgender youth quite illuminating,” Vance wrote. “He argues that many of our so-called ‘experts’ have used bad arguments and substandard science to push experimental therapies on our youth.”
Adding in a second post, “I might add that many of those scientists are receiving substantial resources from big pharma to push these medicines on kids. What do you think?”
As one podcast host, known simply as Comfortably Smug, noted, it only took 15 minutes before the Vice President was blocked from posting on the site, with the message “Not Found. Account has been suspended” appearing on Vance’s page.
Wow. They banned JD Vance from Blue sky in under 15 minutes

“Wow. They banned JD Vance from BlueSky in under 15 minutes,” the podcaster wrote. “What a hero.”
Others caught on to the Vance ban and couldn’t help but point out how absolutely hilarious the whole thing was.
“I give it about 25 minutes before BlueCry bans the sitting VP for ‘hate speech,'” Nick Sortor wrote. “UPDATE: BlueCry banned the sitting VP for hurting their feelings.”

One person wrote, “11 minutes….All it took was 11 minutes…..”
Another person posted a clip of President Trump, the king of trolling, talking about what he does so well, that Vance has clearly picked up on. “We do a little trolling, it’s called we do a little trolling,” Trump said.
While a third person continued, “Already suspended lol…”

Fair to say, the Vice President’s boss will be most pleased with this troll. Oh, the next four years with Trump and Vance are going to be full of entertainment.
At the time of this publication, the VP has yet to respond to the suspension. RedState will stay on top of this and report back.
