Most sane Americans knew that Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) is as compromised as they come. Schiff has served as an elected member of Congress for over 24 years, and the mere fact that he was chairman of the Committee on House Intelligence showed how low the Congressional body has fallen. Schiff oozes mendacity and corruption from his pores, and all that stench has finally risen to the point of action. When Schiff was in the House of Representatives and head of the House Intelligence Committee, he leaked like a man with a swollen prostate, dispensing classified information which fueled the fake Russian collusion hoax. All for the sake of power, appearances on MSNBC, and social media clicks. When Republicans won the majority in the House and his California colleague Kevin McCarthy was voted in as Speaker of the House, McCarthy stripped Schiff of his place on the Intel committee because of his naked partisanship and agenda to destroy President Donald Trump 45. Schiff brushed it off, twisting it as though he was under attack, and then bought his way into the U.S. Senate.
But with a second Trump term, the depths of Schiff’s fraud and deception are being exposed. Schiff is currently in the crosshairs of the Department of Justice for mortgage fraud, because he claims a home in Maryland as his primary residence while pretending to be an elected California representative.
Then, on Monday, whistleblower testimony confirming Schiff’s and others’ role in the attempts to destroy Trump and erode the peaceful transfer of power in 2017 was declassified. FBI Director Kash Patel has confirmed his commitment to transparency, and with the release of these latest files he is allowing the American people access to further evidence of the weaponization of the Department of Justice during Trump’s first term, and under the Biden administration.

A career intelligence officer who worked for Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee for more than a decade repeatedly warned the FBI beginning in 2017 that then-Rep. Adam Schiff had approved leaking classified information to smear then-President Donald Trump over the now-debunked Russiagate scandal, according to bombshell FBI memos that Director Kash Patel has turned over to Congress.
The FBI 302 interview reports obtained by Just the News state the intelligence staffer — a Democrat by party affiliation who described himself as a friend to both Schiff, now a California senator, and former Republican House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes — considered the classified leaking to be “unethical,” “illegal,” and “treasonous,” but was told not to worry about it because Schiff believed he would be spared prosecution under the Constitution’s speech and debate clause.
No publicly-disclosed opinion from the Attorney General or the Solicitor General can be found making that determination as a matter of law.
But officials told Just the News that DOJ officials showed little interest in pursuing Schiff when the allegations were brought to them years ago, citing the very same excuse the lawmaker had offered.
Biden’s AG Merrick Garland was too busy prosecuting J6ers, pro-lifers, and targeting Catholics as enemies of the state, that a Congressman’s corruption just wasn’t all that compelling.

According to the report, the whistleblower made comparable claims to the FBI Washington field office as early as 2017, but it appears to have been swept under the rug.
In his most recent interview with the bureau in 2023, the whistleblower, whose name is redacted, told agents from the FBI’s St. Louis office that he personally attended a meeting at which Schiff authorized leaking classified information.
“When working in this capacity, [redacted staffer’s name] was called to an all-staff meeting by SCHIFF,” the interview report said. “In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States DONALD J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP.”
The whistleblower told investigators that he “stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured that they would not be caught leaking classified information,” the 2023 interview report stated.
But Schiff is not the only stooge on the chopping block. Biden’s DOJ chose not to prosecute the rampant classified leaks which helped fuel the Russia Hoax, and those leaks, and the elected representatives behind them, are still on the table. Another California crony, Rep. Eric Swalwell is mentioned in the reports.
“For years, certain officials used their positions to selectively leak classified information to shape political narratives,” Patel told Just the News on Monday. “It was all done with one purpose: to weaponize intelligence and law enforcement for political gain.
“Those abuses eroded public trust in our institutions,” he added. “The FBI will now lead the charge, with our partners at DOJ, and Congress will have the chance to uncover how political power may have been weaponized and to restore accountability,” he said.
More fuel for the fires of accountability. The question is, will Congress set it alight, or will it be business as usual?
