An update from Inrix said: “M60 clockwise blocked, severe delays due to accident at J15 M61 J1 (Swinton Interchange).
“Congestion to J11 (Barton) for clockwise traffic, also back to M62 J19 (Heywood) anti-clockwise due to on-lookers.
“All traffic stopped at around 08:25.”
