Marco Rubio is one busy guy. Not only is he the secretary of state, but he’s the acting national security advisor. Since that didn’t seem enough to keep him occupied, he’s also the acting archivist of the United States. He was even appointed as head of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) before the agency was shuttered. These are just the titles we know of — maybe he has even more top-secret ones.
The plethora of official titles has led to months of “Marco realizing” memes depicting him serving in just about every role imaginable. A photographer caught him slumping in a chair looking pretty exhausted, and that has provided limitless fodder for internet creators who have had a field day with the pic.

Some are now even predicting that he will take on the job of the head coach of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins after the team’s coach, Mike McDaniel, was fired Thursday following another lousy season. Rubio put the anxious nation at rest, however, and assured us that — for now, at least — he has no plans to take on that role:
I do not normally respond to online rumors but feel the need to do so at this moment
I will not be a candidate for the currently vacant HC and GM positions with the Miami Dolphins.
While you never know what the future may bring right now my focus must remain on global events…

The tweet continues:
While you never know what the future may bring right now my focus must remain on global events and also the precious archives of the United States of America.
Thank you
Sharp-eyed readers will note that he did not shut the door on the possibility of taking the job in the future. Just saying. Rubio is a known NFL fan, and his wife Jeanette is a former Dolphins cheerleader, so why not?
Meme Me Up, Scotty: Leftists Seethe As JD Vance Works Out With Navy SEALS, Posts Hilarious Meme
This administration, from Donald Trump to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to VP JD Vance on down, has proven to be a humorous group that is not afraid to make fun of themselves. This has proven to be an effective weapon as it showcases the sharp contrast with the bitter leftist shrieking that seems to be the Dems’ default response to virtually anything the president does.
All the president’s men (and women) may be funny, but by showing their humanity, they also make themselves more attractive to voters. It’s a tool that the dour progressives are utterly lacking, and they look like grim sourpusses most of the time. Hard leftists might love that, because they’re a deeply depressed lot, but independents, maybe not so much.
Rubio, meanwhile, has engendered a virtual factory of meme creators:

There are so many, we need to use one that showcases multiple examples:

This administration is making humor fun again, and I think it helps their mission. In the meantime, here’s hoping that Marco gets some sleep.
