To be clear, I personally do not believe Abrego Garcia’s most recent deportation was “wrongful” in any sense of the word. But he may wish he was never sent back,
Abrego Garcia has been indicted in federal court in Tennessee on a charge related to transporting undocumented migrants within the United States.

The grand jury that issued the indictment found that he made more than 100 trips smuggling thousands of immigrants.
For good measure, the indictment includes accusations personally linking the Maryland dad to murder and child pornography.
I heard the story reported by public radio on my drive home this evening. You could hear in the tone of the reporter’s voice the disdain for having his sainted Maryland man being unfairly disparaged by a heartless Tennessee grand jury.
