Meghan Markle’s As Ever could soon ship to the UK despite low poll ranking | Royal | News

Meghan Markle has hinted that her brand As Ever will soon ship to the UK. Taking to her brand’s Instagram account, @aseverofficial, on Saturday, Meghan shared a new picture of a women’s shadow holding a wine glass.

Alongside the picture, Meghan wrote: “Oh, we see you too! Australia, UK, Canada – love to see how you’re finding a way to get your As ever products. You have good taste…and good friends [champagne-cheers emoji].” Showing that she is likely very present on social media, the 44-year-old suggests that she has seen fans in Australia, UK and Canada with As Ever packages – although the brand only ships to the US at present.

The appear hint of her products likely being shipped to the UK soon comes after recent poll results showed a dip in the former working royal’s popularity.

The latest poll conducted by YouGov shows just 20 percent of those who participated in the poll showed a favourable view of Meghan – as opposed to 67 percent who did not.

Speaking to the Express, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said: “It is surely crazy in the week when Meghan’s latest YouGov poll ratings are minus 47 to hint that her products, in Meghan’s case those of her lifestyle brand, As Ever, might soon be reaching our shores.”

He added: “She has had some weird ideas, but if she believes her products will sell with a poll rating like that she really is deluded.”

Recently speaking to the Express, brand and culture expert Nick Ede revealed the likely reason why As Ever is not yet being shipped to the UK.

He said: “I don’t think the UK is a focus for the As Ever brand as it’s driven by popularity and at the moment Meghan doesn’t have the star power in the UK that she once had.

“The idea of buying flower sprinkles is a bit alien to UK consumers. There is such a huge choice of rose wines in the UK from Kylie Minogue to Lady A that another brand just won’t drive the volume or demand that they will need to make it a success.”

Meghan officially launched her brand back in March, with the first batch of products selling out within one hour.
