The founders of the Raise the Colours movement have told GB News they are “heartbroken” after witnessing “thousands upon thousands” of migrants in France waiting to cross the Channel into Britain.
Speaking exclusively to GB News following their trip, Ryan Bridge and Elliott Stanley were overcome with emotion as they warned that the country is on “the brink of crisis”.
The patriotic Britons travelled to Gravelines Beach in France where they witnessed “teams of fighting age men” boarding small boats, heading for the UK.
Detailing what they witnessed on their trip, the men told GB News host Martin Daubney that the operation taking place there was “absolutely shocking”.

Mr Bridge explained: “We just thought we’d go and check it out and see what what was going on, and what’s going on with the country, and so we thought we’d go out there after the flag movement that we’ve done, we thought we’d get out there.
“We’ve got a big flag for Raise the Colours for Armistice Day, and we went out on Tuesday night, and what we’ve seen was absolutely shocking.”
Mr Bridge became choked with emotion as he added: “I appreciate you having us on to give us time, as always at GB News, for us to tell the tale. But what we’ve seen is heartbreaking for me as an English patriot.
“It’s heartbreaking for us as countrymen to see what is going on, the numbers that are going on. From the minute we got off at Calais, we turned right off the tunnel, we went and saw the dunes, and all of a sudden there’s just teams and teams of men.”

Noting that the migrants were “completely fine” with them being there and filming the operation, Mr Bridge said: “We’ve pulled up, and the first team we’ve seen was just like racks of men in neat queues. This wasn’t people just running and jumping on a dinghy, this is a highly organised operation where the army were handing out ration pack bags with a life vest in.
“They’re not small boats, they’re quite big motor-powered inflatables. The money shot was when we saw teams of men coming up and lining in orderly queues with all their stuff ready, and then the police walked up to them with pepper spray, and then all of a sudden the migrants just went for it and they just ran onto the beach.”
He stated: “It was just shocking to see when we got through the mist and the fog that what was out there.”
Warning that Britain is in “dire straits” if the migrant crisis continues at this same pace, Elliott Stanley told GB News: “We only scratched the surface, a couple of towns in northern France. And everywhere we went, it was just migrants. There’s thousands upon thousands upon thousands waiting to get on these boats and come over here. Literally.

“I cannot impress upon you the numbers that we’re talking about, and I think this country is in absolute dire straits moving forward, if whichever Government it is next doesn’t get a grip on this. And the irony is, the police are doing nothing.”
Stressing that Britons “do not know the real picture” of what is going on in France, Mr Bridge concluded: “I am absolutely devastated. I feel for everybody in the country that doesn’t really know the real picture of what we’ve seen.
“We have gone over there to have a look at what’s going on with the boat situation and what’s coming into the country, and it is teams of men. There was no women, there was no children.
“It was teams of young fighting-aged men between 18 and 35. And they were fit and able men.”
