The expert sought out by Reuters goes ahead and tries to define it anyway. She concludes that Tyler Robinson was a super-far-right radical who thought that soft-on-communism Charlie Kirk was too far left.

An expert on democracy and security said it was hard to read too much into the messages left on the shell casings recovered by authorities. One of the inscriptions read: “hey fascist! CATCH!”
What could that mean?
Rachel Kleinfeld, a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said the symbology found on the bullet casings suggests the shooter had affiliation with the so-called Groyper movement, associated with far-right activist and commentator Nick Fuentes.
Kirk was a fascist, you see, because he wasn’t right enough for Robinson and Fuentes. Case closed.
From this, I conclude, that the Carnegie Endowment has too much money.
The New York Times attempts a similar trick with another of Robinson’s alleged shell casings,

And by “antifascist.” the Times means far-far-right-wing. I’m not kidding, To make the impossible leap, we return to Ms. Kleinfeld, quoted this time in Forbes,
There is currently no definitive link between Robinson, Groypers or Fuentes, however. One message read, “O Bella ciao, Bella ciao, Bella ciao, Ciao, ciao!” in an apparent reference to an antifascist anthem sung by Italians after World War II, though some social media users noted a version of the song appears on a Spotify playlist meant for Groypers, the New York Times reported.
Case closed, again. I personally spend a lot of time in federal court observing proceedings of criminal cases. I speak from experience that Spotify playlists are the gold standard of forensic evidence.
