Jacob Frey is the Mayor of Minneapolis. He is running for a third term, although I am not sure why. He recently pandered for Somali votes at some kind of public meeting:

Frey’s tenure as mayor has been a disaster. Why is he so desperate for another term? I suppose because he has caught the political bug. If you catch the political bug, there is no cure. An afflicted person will endure any humiliation for another shot at being elected.
By the way, I have no idea what flags the people attending this event are waving. I am pretty sure they are not the flag of any country. Certainly not the United States.
