I use the word “horror” carefully here. The facts are the stuff I nightmares. I wrote about this case in my “Anatomy of a Murder” series. But I can’t help but shake the feeling that true tragedy is being mocked by political correctness.

Minnesota is again producing more news than can be consumed locally. From the U.K. Daily Mail,
Woman murdered trans ex-girlfriend during ‘sordid’ stayover then crashed car with victim’s body inside.
I’m just going to say it. The truth is that there were no women involved in this horrific crime. Many readers never make it past the headline. But, there must be a way to say that without dishonoring the memory of the victim.
