Putin’s barbaric snow torture of Russian soldiers ‘deserting’ frontline revealed | World | News

The barbaric punishment torture by Putin commanders for Russian soldiers accused of desertion and failing to follow orders has been revealed. One mutinous fighter is taped upside down to a tree in the biting cold near the frontline. Another – also tethered to a tree – is forced to eat snow by his superior officer.

The frightened and shaking men wore only underwear after being stripped of their winter uniforms. Their foul-mouthed commander is heard barking: “[They] wanted to **** off from their positions, not follow orders.” Forcing snow into the mouth of the refusenik, the raging officer says: “Eat, you ****ing ****. “

One of the taped men pleads in desperation: “I’m sorry, it won’t happen again.”

He is told by the commander: “You need to work, not **** off. Did I tell you where to go?”

The reply is: “I’m sorry, please.”

The Putin officer mocks their male sexuality, trolling them: “You ****ing f*****s, *** off!”

The sickening punishments come as peace talks are underway in the war, without a clear signal from Putin that he intends to halt his almost four year invasion of Ukraine.

Russia turns people into cattle, because only animals obey orders without saying a word. Orwell’s farmyard – this is Putin’s Russia,” said Ukraine channel Butusov Plus.

Another channel War Archive states: “In the video, a Russian commander uses ‘updated’ methods of torture on two occupiers who refused to take part in an assault.”

Nevzorov Telegram channel posted: “The [Russian] generals continue to ‘shout and drive forward’.

“Therefore, local commanders have to invent new types of torture for their personnel.”

This came as sickening new Russian overnight strikes left 80% of Ukraine’s second city Kharkiv city and the surrounding region without power in blistering winter cold.

“There was no electricity last night, everything was knocked out,” said one resident.

“What could we do? It’s almost 24 hours now, and it’s -18C outside.”

Governor Oleh Syniehubov said: “Our energy system came under attack and there was quite serious damage.

“All crews are at work to eliminate all the negative consequences quickly.

“About 80% of the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region is without electricity.”

Brutal new strikes on Black Sea port Odesa left 22 people injured, said officials.

There were fears people were trapped after a residential building was hit.

One was reported to be an 86 year old woman.
