Sarah Ferguson has faced the ultimate reputational downfall over recent months, with the former Duchess of York now keeping a very low profile. In September, it was revealed that she had emailed the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein after he had been released from prison for child sex offences.
The email, sent in 2011, showed Sarah apologising to Epstein for criticising him in a previous interview, while also calling him a “supreme friend”. While a spokesperson for Sarah has since claimed the email was only sent out of fear that Epstein would sue her for defamation, the revelation has still majorly damaged her reputation. However, it is believed the 66-year-old might not stay under the radar forever.
This resulted in them losing their royal titles last month and the Royal Lodge home they have co-habited, despite Andrew denying accusations against him related to his previous friendship with Epstein.
Talking further about their predicament, Gill said: “Both her and Andrew have absolutely nothing to lose at this point.
“Who knows whose dirty laundry they will then air out? I don’t think it’ll be their own.
“But I think that because of the big amounts of money, you know, six-figure sums that are being thrown around for this interview, who knows who she’ll talk about?”
