Secretary of War Hegseth Sends the Remaining Mullahs a Pointed Warning

After Saturday’s highly successful Israeli and U.S.-led decapitation strike on Iran’s Islamist regime, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth issued a statement letting the remaining mullahs know that we’re not done.

Hegseth started by briefly laying out the regime’s offenses and pointing out that President Trump is finally doing what others before him would not.

“Overnight, on President Trump’s orders, the Department of War commenced OPERATION EPIC FURY — the most lethal, most complex, and most-precision aerial operation in history.

“The Iranian regime had their chance, yet refused to make a deal — and now they are suffering the consequences. For almost fifty years, Iran has targeted and killed Americans, always seeking the world’s most powerful weapons to further their radical cause. Last night, unlike any previous president, President Trump began dealing with this cancer.

As he referenced, this is the beginning. Hegseth then sent the remnants of the Islamic Republic a blunt message and specifically laid out a couple specific strategic objectives: to destroy the Iranian navy and all of Iran’s missiles and missile production capability.

“We will not tolerate powerful missiles targeting the American people. Those missiles will be destroyed, along with Iran’s missile production. The Iranian navy will be destroyed. And, as President Trump has said his entire life, Iran will never have a nuclear weapon.

“The United States did not start this conflict, but we will finish it. If you kill or threaten Americans anywhere in the world — as Iran has — then we will hunt you down, and we will kill you.

“Our warriors are the best in the world, and they are fully unleashed to achieve our objectives. May God’s providence protect them in this vital mission.”

Iran’s propagandists are claiming that their regime killed 50 U.S. service members and that one of their missiles struck a U.S. Navy vessel; CENTCOM says that is false. One possible contributing factor for the lack of casualties is that the U.S. is using one-way attack drones “for the first time in history.”

Hegseth is absolutely correct that our warriors are the best in the world. I join him in praying that God’s providence will protect them in this vital mission.

Editor’s Note: Thanks to President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s leadership, the warrior ethos is coming back to America’s military.
