Many of the Democrats in the modern party are what we might call “special,” in that their outrageous deeds and statements often defy the imagination. “The border is secure,” they told us in lockstep throughout Joe Biden’s presidency. “California’s policies are working,” Gov. Gavin Newsom tells us almost daily. “We can afford everything,” to paraphrase democrat socialist NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
On Friday, Squad members joined up with dozens of other Dems to vote against a resolution dubbing Iran the world’s largest state sponsor of terror. That’s like saying, “I refuse to vote for a bill declaring the sky is blue.”
I mean, is this the definition of insanity?
Dozens of Democrats have voted against a nonbinding resolution in the House that reaffirms Iran as the “largest state sponsor of terrorism.”
The resolution, put forward by Rep. Brian Mast, R-Fla., passed by a 372-53 vote on Thursday, with all those voting no being Democrats…
Among those who voted against the measure were all the members of the “Squad,” such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., and Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich.
Despite the efforts of these IQ-challenged congresscritters, the measure passed anyway by a vote of 372-53:

Here are the Mensa candidates who couldn’t even muster up honesty to simply affirm a known fact, that Iran has been funding and supporting Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis, its own IRGC, and other presumably other terror outfits for decades. No one that I’ve heard of has seriously questioned that they’re the top terrorism sponsor on the globe, probably in history.

Two Democrats, meanwhile, pulled that most spineless move, voting “present.” It seriously baffles me how that duo will presumably get out of bed tomorrow, look in the mirror, and think they qualify as serious human beings. One thing no one has ever accused the modern leftist of, though, is having much self-awareness.
