As RedState’s Brad Essex reported, a disturbing scene unfolded during the Glastonbury Music Festival this Saturday when a British punk/rap duo called Bob Vylan led thousands of attendees in chants saying “Free Palestine” and “Death to the IDF.”
On Sunday, they showed no remorse; instead, just the opposite:
But the musician took to social media early on Sunday morning to address the backlash to his performance. Posing with a tub of pink ice cream, he wrote: ‘While zionists are crying on socials, I’ve just had late night (vegan) ice cream.’

The Brits were pretty upset about it, and authorities are investigating whether the performance could be considered “incitement.” Meanwhile the BBC apologized for the act:
A BBC spokesperson said: ‘Some of the comments made during Bob Vylan’s set were deeply offensive. During this live stream on iPlayer, which reflected what was happening on stage, a warning was issued on screen about the very strong and discriminatory language. We have no plans to make the performance available on demand.’
The two might be gloating now, but reality may soon be coming to bite them in the tuchus, and that reality could come in the form of the U.S. State Department:

Will they still think it’s so funny if State upends their U.S. tour?
A senior State Department official told The Daily Wire that it is “already looking at revocation” of their visas ahead of a roughly twenty-city tour through the United States, with performances planned in several major cities, including Washington, D.C.
“As a reminder, under the Trump Administration, the U.S. government will not issue visas to any foreigner who supports terrorists,” the senior official said.
Sure, we believe in free speech here in the United States—but that doesn’t mean we’re required to hand you a visa. Calling for the deaths of Israeli soldiers is crossing a line, and you can stay home and say it all you want, but you ain’t bringing it here if the department has its way.

The DOJ had thoughts on this gross performance as well:
The chair of the Department of Justice’s Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, Leo Terrell, said his “first call” on Monday morning will be to Secretary of State Marco Rubio to ensure Vylan cannot enter the United States.
“These abhorrent chants, which included calls for the death of members of the Israeli Defense Forces, are abhorrent and have no place in any civil society,” Terrell said in a statement. “We understand that Mr. Vylan is planning to travel to the United States as part of the Inertia Tour. In response, Mr. Terrell’s Task Force will be reaching out to the U.S. Department of State on Monday to determine what measures are available to address the situation and to prevent the promotion of violent antisemitic rhetoric in the United States.”
