There are many people who felt like this new year would be a tough one. 2026 was assured to be challenging, but did we have to pack all of the trauma and anxiety into the month of January?! It has been tough at times to catch our breath, but that is to be expected when you have leftist activists behaving like under-medicated gibbons in the streets, encouraged with the funding of dark money and compliant local politicians.
Stock up on the Muscle Milk and energy drinks, Kids – this could be a marathon.
Adding to the dysphoria is a wave of luminaries who have been emerging from their bedazzled hovels to weigh in on the swelling social upheaval, and they are somehow coming off more insufferable than usual. One thing we have to credit them with, however, is consistency. They have all been remarkably mentally impacted in their inability to recognize their hypocrisy.
We can start politically, with Minnesota’s reliably obtuse kickline governor, Tim Walz (D). He has become a central figure in the money fraud in his state, and he is clinging to power like a fingertip hero in an action movie…only this is a story predicated on slothlike activity no one wants to watch. Coach Walz was out there recently encouraging the gentry to continue their urban opposition to ICE activities.
Hold on, sorry. Correction: He was not exactly “out there.” Tampax Timmy was safely ensconced behind his wrought iron balustrade on his property, imploring the Minny minions that THEY should go out and take action on his behalf. He and his snow-tire-sniffing wife will be just fine where they are, but they appreciate you heading out and taking on the federales.
Just pathetic. Standing behind the gate of the Gov’s Mansion @Tim_Walz tells the crowd to continue with the “Good Trouble.” pic.twitter.com/UMUoxpBrxP

The main mook of Minnesota does not even grasp that he was urging people to wage a battle against ICE, opposing the desire to wall us off from inappropriate immigrant incursions, all while he is snuggly cowering behind his own security fence. “Border walls for me,” precisely…
Joining in on the call to have pawns dying for the cause is actor Giancarlo Esposito. The C-lister was cornered on a red carpet at the Sundance Film Festival recently, and while dressed like a Dr. Seuss character, an entertainment reporter was inspired to get his impressions of the social unrest in the country. Esposito was convinced that he sounded cerebrally elevated as he unpacked his plot for setting the country straight.
#GiancarloEsposito says it’s “time for a revolution” in America as Trump’s White House fuels a “feeling of civil war in the streets” with the actions of ICE agents in Minneapolis:
“We have to stand up to it. They can’t take us all down. If the whole world showed up on Putin’s… pic.twitter.com/6lqbCo343j

You have to love how he slams ICE as “untrained,” as he compels Minnesota beta males and the wine moms to take to the streets and to Washington to serve as cannon fodder, “but the rest of us will survive.”
Unrelated, but no less disconnected from reality, there was this social lecture from NBA player Draymond Green. He had an episode in a game recently where he was issued a technical foul, and after the contest, said it was over the referee sticking a hand in his face and complaining about that move. Some have said the incident did not occur (I cannot attest to this, as it would require my having watched an NBA game, which is defied by my sensibilities), but what is notable is his comments following the match.
Golden State Warriors PF Draymond Green explained why he called a NBA ref racist:
“The reason I mentioned being a black man in America because black people in America has suffered more than anyone… Black people in America has been dealt a bad hand since the beginning of time.”… pic.twitter.com/hCQLIZHzHJ

I’m sorry – he is claiming there is racism in the NBA?!?! The league is comprised of over 70 percent African American players, and an additional 10 percent are mixed race. Seems likely a “racist” referee would have been found out a long time ago, and prevented from being hired. But this is a lecture from a man saying he has been dealt a “bad hand” as a black individual with a current contract worth $100 million of guaranteed money. I would be more than happy to take those cards off your hands, Mr. Green.
This past weekend, they held the Grammy Awards, and considering that our readers are upright citizens with lives worth living, we know they did not watch. From what I gathered about this event, from the red carpet, the presentations, the acceptance speeches, and the post-awards press conferences, all of the talk was about ICE and immigration. There was also some focus placed on music that night, as I have come to understand, but that appears to have been a secondary concern.
Among those delivering their fractured wisdom on the nation’s condition was Billie Eilish.

She saw fit to tell the country what we are supposed to think and feel about the notion of illegal aliens being rounded up and deported. Billie declared that no one in the country can be deemed illegal, since — in her geopolitical wisdom — we are all living on stolen land. She then bolstered her consummate wisdom by belching out “F**k ICE” as her departing coda.

Now, there are some obvious juxtapositions to bring up here. Eilish lives in a sprawling mansion last appraised at around $14 million, and she posts authoritatively about the need to remove barriers on social media while nestled behind no fewer than three border barriers erected on her property. While telling us nobody should be labeled as illegal on lands, she has a restraining order against an individual who showed up on her property.
But beyond those conflicting positions, she has not been too forthcoming about her own residential incursion. The California Native American tribe of the Tongva People has not been the recipient of any title or deeds to the Eilish property, which — by her own admission to a global audience — has been improperly obtained.
The Tongva tribe reacts to @billieeilish remarks about “stolen land”:
“…As the First People of the greater Los Angeles basin, we do understand that her home is situated in our ancestral land. Eilish has not contacted our tribe directly regarding her property…”

Looking over these examples, it is almost as if there is a throughline in their thinking. These are the powdered-bottom elitists who are commanding that others go out and make the hard decisions and take the risks on behalf of their comfort. Battle the feds, fight against their authority, and wage war in the streets, because these luminaries and authoritarians are feeling a tad uncomfortable atop their pinnacles of pachyderm tusks.
Honestly, at this stage, we have so many serious issues to contend with that dealing with these mewling messiahs is hardly something we have time for. We need to stock up on factual antibodies, building up our activism immune systems against the viral idiocy breaking out of the celebrity enclaves, and build up the resistance to these proselytizing gasbags.
If anything, we can use less of the virtue cacophony. I’m almost tempted to go out and buy some of their entertainment, just to crank up the volume and drown out the insipidness pouring out of their hummus holes.
