A year or two ago, the producer of a documentary film reached out to me. The film was to be about Matthew Lohmeier, an Air Force lieutenant colonel who was cashiered from the military because he was not on board with DEI, and said on a podcast that Marxism was infiltrating the Air Force. He also wrote a book called Irresistible Revolution: Marxism’s Goal of Conquest & the Unmaking of the American Military. The filmmakers were coming to town, and asked whether my organization could collaborate with them.
We did, and I found Lohmeier to be an impressive individual. As I recall, the last I have heard about the documentary was that it was nearing release, but it looks like they may have to rewrite the ending:
Under the previous administration, Lt. Col. Lohmeier was removed for exposing the rise of Marxism and Critical Race Theory in our military.
Today, he’s been confirmed as Under Secretary of the Air Force.

The Trump administration really is bringing about change, and is fighting entrenched leftism in ways that it is hard to imagine another Republican president pursuing.
