King Charles is reportedly feeling rejuvenated as he anticipates what could be a pivotal year for the Royal family. The King is said to be hopeful of mending his alleged rift with Prince Harry and uniting the younger royals for the sake of the monarchy’s future.
An insider revealed: “After a tough few years, it looks like they are turning a corner with Prince Harry planning to spend more time with his father. Now, with Prince Harry coming over for the Invictus Games and with the King supporting him, they are beginning to move forward.” Observers have noted a renewed vitality in King Charles, with one source stating: “People are noticing King Charles glows; he has got the spring back in his step, and it is great to see. This is shaping up to be the most important year for the royal family.”
The source further added that the father-son duo are currently taking “baby steps,” noting, “No one realised the toll all of the feuding has put on King Charles; he wants nothing more than for his family to be united.”
Recent reports suggest that King Charles’s Christmas wish has been for Harry to return to the UK, expressing his longing to spend more time with his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
It has also been reported that the King is keen to strengthen his relationship with his grandchildren, whom he has only met a handful of times.
The King has also expressed his desire to spend more time with his two grandchildren following his cancer diagnosis.
