(LifeSiteNews) — If you are a violent criminal seeking to escape from the full consequences of your misdeeds, identifying as transgender is the way to go.
It worked well for the attempted assassin of Brett Kavanaugh, who got a mere eight-year prison sentence instead of the 30 years requested by the Department of Justice, with the judge referencing his freshly minted transgender identity as one of the mitigating factors at sentencing last week.

It also worked for convicted pedophile Christopher Williams, who was placed in the Washington Correctional Center for Women after identifying as transgender. A September 29 report from Reduxx revealed that Williams has brutally assaulted a female inmate, striking her multiple times in the head. Williams was accused of sexually assaulting another female inmate last year.
As Reduxx reported based on testimony from the victim, “the two were in a common area on August 7 when Williams, who stands 6’3″, began punching her in the face in an apparent retaliation against her for calling him a ‘rapist.’ Jones, in contrast, is 5’4″.” The female inmate had tried to avoid Williams, who began to stalk her by sitting near her whenever he could. He attacked her from behind while she was standing at a microwave, throwing her onto the ground and smashing her in the back of the head.
“I was kicked and punched continuously. At this point, I saw who was doing this – Christopher Williams. I was immediately in fear for my life, trying to block while protecting my face and head, kicking out with my feet,” the woman, who remains unnamed for safety reasons, told Reduxx. A female corrections officer nearby apparently declined to intervene, despite having pepper spray on hand. She later said she feared for her own safety.
Williams is serving sentences for the sexual assault of a 9-year-old girl, and a secondary conviction for “assaulting a cellmate while still at a men’s prison.” He has previous convictions, as well. Despite that, he remains incarcerated in a female prison, where he has continued his predations. Reduxx reported that there are 11 other trans-identifying male prisoners imprisoned in the women’s facility, with nine of them serving sentences for crimes against women and children.
Another recent case of a pedophile using a transgender identity was reported on October 4. A 34-year-old trans-identifying pedophile in Belgium, who has already escaped jail once after a conviction for raping a 13-year-old boy, has requested that he be “spared jail after kidnapping a boy and being caught in possession of child sexual abuse material.” The man worked as a bus driver for a juvenile center in Ghent and used his position to groom the boys he encountered. In 2022, he successfully took one minor across the border into Germany for several days.
He was charged with kidnapping “and the sexual abuse of two minors at the same juvenile facility; a police search of his residence brought more charges of child porn possession. He escaped one charge after insisting that he had no “sexual intentions” with one of the boys he groped, saying that “I did that purely out of friendship.” He has appealed the other convictions, requesting probation in lieu of prison.
His lawyer is making the case that his adopted transgender identity makes him vulnerable, going so far as to claim that he was a “mother figure” to those he abused. “She herself is not a sexual monster,” the lawyer stated. “Because of her transition to woman, she is behind in her development.” In short, his actual age is not really his age, because he is a now developing into a woman. Reduxx noted that the press, as usual, is playing along:
In reporting on the case, Belgium’s Nieusblad edited their original headline to remove any references to the predator’s transgender status, changing the reference from “trans woman” to “woman.” Previous coverage by other outlets has also avoided mentioning D.’s transgender identity.

In fact, as I have noted multiple times in this space, the media has actively worked to cover up the trend of violent criminals identifying as transgender in order to land cushier sentences by both lending credence to their claims of alleged vulnerability and accepting their gender claims.
All it takes for a violent male criminal to be referred to as a woman in the press is for them to make the claim; ironically, only when yet another mass shooter (such as the trans-identifying man who killed two Catholic schoolchildren in Minneapolis in August) turns out to be trans are they suddenly interested in the particulars.
