At least 2 people were killed and five others were injured after a car crashed into a grocery store in Westwood, Los Angeles, on Thursday afternoon.
The crash was reported at 12:11 p.m. on Westwood Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Some of the victims were initially trapped underneath the vehicle, the department’s Lyndsey Lantz told Eyewitness News.
Lantz confirmed that at least two victims died. Three were in serious condition and two others suffered minor injuries.
