From the New York Post,
Antifa madman busted in Minneapolis after calling for ‘murder’ of ICE agents.
Kyle Wagner, age 37, is ride or die.
He was sporting a black “I’m Antifa!” hoodie when picked up by the feds today. The Post reports,
A self-described Antifa member who called for the “murder and assault” of ICE agents in the streets of Minneapolis has been hit with federal cyberstalking and threatening communications charges.
Kyle Wagner, 37, a tatted-up nutcase who regularly urged followers through his now-deleted Instagram page to take up “armed” resistance against federal immigration authorities, was taken into custody Sunday.
Wagner made his first court appearance in federal district court in downtown Minneapolis, facing charges out of the Eastern District of Michigan. For now, he is being detained in the federal lockup at the Sherburne County (MN) jail.
The Post explains,
The feds said in addition to his campaign of threatening violence against federal agents, Wagner also doxxed an ICE supporter on Instagram, posting their phone number, birth month and year and their street address in Oak Park, Michigan.
He later admitted he also doxxed the victim’s parents’ house.
The point I’m making here is a very narrow one. A telling detail provided by the Minneapolis Star Tribune,
Jose Piedra, a worker tasked with cleaning up the broken glass outside the apartment building, was finishing putting up plywood where agents had broken a glass panel to gain entry Thursday morning.
Upon entering the single-bedroom apartment to clean the inside, Piedra said he saw a copy of a search warrant.
Did you catch that? A search warrant? In fact, I looked up the original federal complaint filed against him back in Michigan, and it was signed by a federal judge. The Golden Ticket!
You will recall that no federal judge was willing to sign a complaint against Don Lemon or the other church invaders last month. Instead the federal prosecutor was forced to obtain a grand jury indictment against Lemon. Which the did.
